The license agreement.
One license per door, stamped to the buyer. You accept the current version at checkout, and the version you accepted is recorded with your order.
A plain-language summary of Section 6, "Product Terms & Conditions (The Agreement)," of EVAC's WHIP MK I Procurement & Assembly Document (Rev K, October 20, 2026). The full text you accept at checkout controls, together with the order terms shown beside it there. Last updated October 20, 2026. Questions about a specific clause go to EVAC at info@evacarmor.com or through the contact form, not to Integrity Web Creations.
1.What you are licensing
WHIP MK I is a downloadable set of instructions that authorizes the buyer to make one WHIP MK I end item themselves. The buyer downloads the instructions, buys the raw materials, and assembles the kit. Each download authorizes exactly one end item; a second door or vehicle needs a separate license. When the purchase is complete, EVAC sends one certificate of purchase, in all-weather sticker form, that the buyer attaches between the two polycarbonate panels.
2.What EVAC does not claim
Educational purposes only. The plans are for informational, educational or experimental prototyping use only and are not certified engineering advice.
Further, EVAC does not claim that WHIP MK I has:
- Any level of wind speed resistance. The WHIP MK I concept, layout and instructions have not been tested, certified or validated by any qualified engineering authority, testing laboratory or windstorm safety board for wind-speed thresholds or structural failure limits.
- Any form of protection against firearms. The product is unrated and uncertified for it and provides zero resistance to any firearm or ammunition. It must never be used as a shield, body armor or a barrier against gunfire; any such use is prohibited and entirely at the user's own risk. There is no warranty or guarantee that WHIP MK I will stop a bullet or other projectile.
- Any form of paint and/or body protection for the parent vehicle: WHIP MK I gives the vehicle no structural, cosmetic, paint or body protection. The customer indemnifies and holds EVAC harmless for any paint or other damage resulting from use of any EVAC product.
- Any certified level of highly abnormal vehicle speed testing. The end item has not been tested by a qualified engineering authority for above-highway speeds.
- Any personal liability coverage for the vehicle's occupants. The kit is designed to add impact protection for the area directly beneath it (the large part of the glass window and a minor part of the door), but it may not cover the entire glass area, and the glass may still break. The customer uses it at their own risk and indemnifies and holds EVAC harmless for any damage, personal injury, or death resulting from use of this or any other EVAC product.
WHIP MK I is only to be used for protection against debris, hail, or other weather-related kinetic projectiles generated by destructive weather.
3.Restrictions on testing and evaluation
The buyer is strictly prohibited from sharing, distributing, or providing EVAC plans or products for any purpose, including product demonstrations, field testing, or third-party evaluations, without EVAC's prior written authorization, which EVAC may withhold at its sole discretion. Unauthorized sharing is a material breach of this agreement. Testing conducted outside EVAC is not official, and unofficial reports, videos, or posts should not be treated as a measure of the product's value or validity.
4.Purchase eligibility
With any purchase, the buyer confirms and attests that they:
- Do not have a criminal background.
- Are legally allowed to purchase the specified item in their state, and are not violating any state or federal law by doing so.
- Are not involved in criminal activities or groups, and are not legally banned from owning firearms or body armor.
- Are buying for themselves personally. The product may not be transferred, loaned, or otherwise shared with another individual, and will only be used in the state, municipality, or county where EVAC shipped it.
- Understand that no sale from this site can be exported from the United States.
- Agree that if, for any reason, law enforcement needs information about a purchaser, EVAC will share it.
EVAC reserves the right to refuse any sale it suspects is bound for a convicted felon or otherwise poses a risk to law enforcement or the community, and maintains a database of serialized products that may be shared with law enforcement.
5.Export control (EAR / ITAR)
WHIP MK I makes no claim to any level of bullet resistance. Out of an abundance of caution, EVAC nonetheless considers it a possible dual-use item under the following export control statement:
"This commodity is classified as EAR99 under the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR). While it generally does not require an export license for most international destinations, export, re-export, or transfer to U.S. sanctioned or embargoed countries, or to restricted individuals or entities on U.S. Government screening lists, remains strictly prohibited."
WHIP MK I is therefore purchasable by United States citizens only. EVAC may perform background screening against required EAR/ITAR lists. More on these regulations: Export Administration Regulations.
6.Dispute resolution and binding arbitration
YOU AND ENHANCED VEHICLE ARMOR COMPANY, LLC. ARE AGREEING TO GIVE UP ANY RIGHTS TO LITIGATE CLAIMS IN A COURT OR BEFORE A JURY, EXCEPT IF YOU ARE A RESIDENT OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, GEORGIA AND NORTH CAROLINA OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION WITH RESPECT TO A CLAIM. OTHER RIGHTS THAT YOU WOULD HAVE IF YOU WENT TO COURT MAY ALSO BE UNAVAILABLE OR MAY BE LIMITED IN ARBITRATION.
That paragraph is quoted exactly as it appears in EVAC's documents.
Any claim or dispute arising from your purchase will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration is on an individual basis only: neither party may join or consolidate claims with other customers, or participate as a class representative or class member. EVAC pays the individual consumer's arbitration fees.
You may instead pursue a claim in small-claims court if you give EVAC written notice within 60 days of your purchase.
By constructing and/or using a WHIP end item, the buyer indemnifies and holds harmless EVAC, its owners, and its employees from all legal claims. Informal resolution (a customer rebate discussion, per the refund policy) is asked for first; formal dispute resolution and arbitration then take place within Beaufort County, South Carolina, under South Carolina law.
7.General provisions
These terms may not be assigned or transferred by the buyer without EVAC's prior written consent. EVAC's failure to enforce a right or provision is not a waiver of it. These terms are not intended to confer rights on anyone other than the buyer. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the rest remains in effect. No modification is binding on EVAC unless separately contracted in writing by an authorized EVAC representative. EVAC may update these terms by posting changes to the site; it is the buyer's responsibility to check back periodically.
