Terms of sale.

Placing an order is an offer to buy the listed products or services under these terms. Every order must be accepted by EVAC; EVAC may decline an order at its sole discretion, even after sending an order confirmation.

Prices are subject to change without notice; the price charged is the price in effect when the order is placed, set out in the order confirmation email. Posted prices exclude taxes and shipping, which are itemized and added at checkout. EVAC may correct typographical pricing errors and cancel any order arising from one. Payment must be received before an order is accepted. Payments are processed by Stripe through its secure card field on the checkout page. EVAC accepts Visa and Mastercard, including through Apple Pay and Google Pay; card details go straight to Stripe and are never handled by EVAC.

WHIP MK I has no shipping cost, because you build it yourself. EVAC ships the certificate of authenticity by certified U.S. Mail within an estimated 3 to 5 business days of the license being downloaded.

EVAC currently ships only within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC, not to Alaska or Hawaii, and not for export. Deliveries cannot be made to a P.O. Box, FPO, or APO address.

You represent that you are buying for your own personal or household use only, not for resale or export, and that your purchase is intended for final delivery within the United States.

EVAC's privacy policy governs the personal data collected in connection with your order.

EVAC is not liable for a failure or delay caused by something beyond its reasonable control, including destructive weather, flood, fire, war, civil unrest, epidemic, labor disputes, or a materials or telecommunications breakdown.

These are EVAC's own terms of sale for the WHIP products. Questions about a specific order go to EVAC support. The license you accept before payment is covered separately, and the warranty and rebate process for a panel that does not fit is covered on the refunds page.
